Portage, Mich. – Dec 1, 2025– Active Staffing is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Sartor as the new Vice President of OnStaff Group, a division of Active Staffing based in Michigan. A people-focused operations leader, Sartor brings a wealth of experience in HR strategy, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership to the organization.
In his new role, Sartor will oversee daily operations and strategic initiatives for OnStaff Group, focusing on service delivery and workforce solutions across West Michigan. His mandate includes streamlining workflows, enhancing technology utilization, and fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency between Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and Finance departments.

Sartor joins OnStaff Group with a strong background in high-growth service organizations. Prior to this appointment, he held leadership roles where he successfully implemented modern HR platforms, redesigned compensation structures, and launched initiatives that significantly improved employee retention and cross-department alignment.
