Sartor, who most recently served as Vice President of the division, has been a driving force behind the organization’s recent operational enhancements and strategic growth.
Since joining OnStaff Group, Sartor has successfully executed his mandate to bridge HR expertise with hands-on operational leadership. During his tenure as Vice President, he was instrumental in aligning the Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and Finance departments. By streamlining workflows and optimizing technology platforms, Sartor has cultivated a more resilient, highly efficient team dedicated to exceptional service delivery.
