Elliot Elzweig
President
Elliot began his staffing career working for his father at Active Employment Agency in 1976, an industrial employment agency founded in 1947. In 1989 Elliot set up and became president of Active Temporaries Ltd./Active Staffing Services. At that time, the company focused on permanent placement. Elliot transitioned the business model and expanded the company’s services to include temporary placements. Later, Elliot directed Active’s expanded focus on industrial, production, warehouse, retail, and food service niches and led the company’s growth from its single six-person location in Manhattan to branches in New Jersey, Georgia, Florida and Texas. Elliot remains extremely involved in Active’s day-to-day operations and continues the family’s pioneering efforts in the staffing industry.

Benjamin Elzweig
Chief Operating Officer
Benny is a third generation Certified Staffing Professional with a true passion for the industry. He was influenced at a very early age by his father, Elliot, who brought Benny into the family business when he was in high school. Those summer jobs made him keenly aware of the processes necessary to provide quality-driven service to both client companies and associates. Benny’s passion for the staffing industry was further fueled as two of his siblings founded staffing agencies of their own in separate niches. In his role as chief operating officer, Benny is focused on Active’s strategy, business operations and financial performance. He also leads the company’s expansion through new office openings and acquisitions and continues the Elzweig legacy began by his grandfather in 1947.

Jim Kennett
Vice President, Southern Region
Jim brings more than 19 years of staffing experience to his role at Active. Most recently, he spent nine years as a vice president for a global staffing firm. As vice president of Active’s southern region, Jim leads the company’s expansion into Florida, Texas and future locations as the company grows. Jim earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and is working on his master’s degree at the University of Miami.

James Molina
Director, Northern Region
James is a 17-year staffing veteran who brings his human resources, team building and leadership experience to Active’s operations in the New York-New Jersey region. He brings vertical expertise in food service, sports and entertainment, facility services, and business services to the Active team. Over the course of his staffing career, James has held a number of senior operations roles where he’s focused his skills on client service, branch leadership, and process and culture development.

Seth Dinsky
Vice President, Administration
Seth started his staffing career at Active in 2000. Prior to that, Seth spent 24 years in the manufacturing and facilities industries, experience which helped Active expand its corporate headquarters and open additional branches. Seth is also responsible for leading improvements in the company’s operations, staffing software, IT network, financial, banking, insurance, payroll, and safety areas. Seth’s customer-friendly attitude is a driving force in propelling Active’s goal to meet and exceed the needs of it clients, associates and staff members.

Stephanie Logan
Atlanta
As Active’s Branch Manager for the Greater Atlanta region, Stephanie is passionate about recruiting and creating employment opportunities for area job seekers and providing personalized service to each client. She previously managed Active Staffing’s Office & Administrative Division in New York City before relocating to Atlanta. Prior to joining Active, she held positions as a recruiter and business development manager in various markets. Stephanie earned her degree from the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Ill. Away from the office, she enjoys traveling and experiencing new places.
Christina Ringhausen
Arlington Office
As recruiting operations manager for Active’s business in the greater Dallas area, Christina is known for building and maintaining strong relationships with her clients, associates and recruiters. She joined the company in 2016 and has held roles in compliance, recruiting and operations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business-human resource management from Western Governor’s University.

Rachel Sullivan
Lakeland & Tampa Offices
Rachel joined Active in 2018 to open the Tampa office, where she fills the roles of branch manager and business development rep. She holds those same roles at Active’s Lakeland office. Previously, she worked at one of the country’s largest industrial staffing firms for more than 19 years. That experience built her expertise in all aspects of the staffing industry: management, sales, client relations and recruiting. Away from work, Rachel is all about family and loves spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Jose Viltres
Jersey City Office
Jose has more than 16 years as a member of the Active family. In that time, he has held a variety of roles including recruiter, strategic partnership manager, onsite manager and his current position as branch manager. A New York native, Jose’s prior experience includes positions with American Express and Chubb Insurance Group. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog Gizmo, and cheering-on his son who is a two-sport athlete at University of Stonybrook.
